Our design engineers have rich experience in designing and manufacturing portable device batteries for mobile phones, Laptops and PDA. From the beginning of our business, we set up our goal is to be a high class supplier of batteries and their solutions. We focus on designing and manufacturing intellectual energy batteries to provide long life and stable power supplies to portable devices, such as PDA and Laptop that people can enjoy the entertainment programs and/or internet surfing anywhere and anytime. Than 20 design and testing engineers with hardware and software background to support our customers now. We can provide a full integrated solution to our customers based on customer′s design requirements for portable devices.
Our OEM plant in Long Gang is equipped with PCBA assembly lines and battery testing equipment. We have more than 400 workers. We have set up our testing lab in Shenzhen office too. We can take different reliability and aging testing for our batteries based on the customer′s requirement.
In 2007, we certified with ISO9001: 2000. A completed quality system including 6-sigma, FMEA and ERP was implemented in our company. Our production goal is Zero defective. PDCA and continuous improvement is one of our managerial tools. In the meantime, we are well cooperated with the portable device overseas IC companies and end battery customers. It provides us the leading technology of portable device for developing the batteries. We are applying the CE and UL certificates for our PDA and Laptop battery products. We are developing new products, such as motor lithium batteries, to meet continuous and fast growing battery market demanding. This non-stop pursuance on new product design, in turn, increases our competitiveness. YGR means the most advantage technology in power of battery, highest quality and most efficient.
